Because booking a vacation had become an exhausting piece of admin, and nobody was doing the actual planning.
It began the way most good things do: friends asking for help, then their families, then people we had never met. What they wanted was never a discount. It was someone who would take the whole thing off their hands — read the reviews properly, know which room to ask for, arrange the transfer, remember the anniversary, and be reachable when something changed.
So that became the business. Not a booking service with planning attached, but a planning service where the reservation is simply how the work is delivered.
Today we design travel for Jamaicans at home and abroad, and for travellers in the United States and Canada coming this way. The trips vary enormously. The standard of care does not.
